Navigate to the client/user portal page of the help desk (ExRx Support). Once you’ve arrived at that page, click on the “Check Ticket Status” button.
Clicking the button will take the user to a new blank page where a form is required to be filled with information to track a ticket. This information includes the email address that will be used to send the email and the ticket number.
Proceed to click on the “Email Access Link”. This will send an email to the provided email address, which contains a link that will take the user to the ticket thread that was requested.
